Located in the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, ALB-GOLD's headquarters are situated in the picturesque southern region on the Swabian Alb, nestled among the Black Forest, the city of Stuttgart, and the Lake of Constance. This area is renowned as the home of Swabian spaetzle and is recognized as the cradle of pasta-making in Germany.
ALB-GOLD manufactures over 150 different pasta shapes, using the finest quality raw materials. Our extensive organic pasta assortment includes regular durum wheat semolina pasta, traditional German egg pasta made from the finest semolina and eggs, as well as spelt pasta, with locally grown spelt. Additionally, we offer a big variety of gluten-free pasta and organic kid's pasta, a distinctive product in our range, which features animal-shaped semolina pasta to be enjoyed by children and the whole family.
Inspired by the Asian cuisine and committed to regional and organic ingredients, we present our new brand: ALB-GOLD ASIA – Asian noodles – Made in Germany. Exotic Asian taste with a short way to your plate. These high-quality products are organic and additive-free, ensuring a clean label and maximum transparency.

PAPER PACKAGING
We don't want to live without pasta - but without plastic! That's the reason why we use uncoated paper bags to wrap this pasta. We offer a wide variety of pasta shapes made from durum wheat, spelt or other ancient grains. All of these products are organic, vegan and made in Germany.
GLUTEN FREE
Our gluten free organic pasta is produced without binders and additives and is characterized by a natural taste and the first-class cooking stability. The basic fusilli and spaghetti are made from 70 % corn flour and 30 % rice flour. The penne is made from 100 % organic brown rice.
